腐乳肉
自從上次在上海買過一次後
一直念念不忘它的美味
所以我就自己動手做了
在網上搜了一下做法
呵呵
不難
于是就去菜場買了肉
還去超市買了瓶腐乳

腐乳要是玫瑰腐乳

我們要用的是腐乳裏面的水

還要準備一些調料的哦
茴香

蒜及生薑

先把肉洗淨

鍋中燒開水後把肉放入焯一下
並加入料酒和生薑

鍋熱後入油,油熱後放入薑,蒜,花椒炒香

放入焯好的肉,加入料酒,醬油,茴香

翻炒再加入糖

倒入腐乳汁

再加入足量的開水
用小火煮

等肉酥爛時改用大火收汁,再加入雞精調味

好了
燒腐乳肉時不用放鹽,因爲腐乳的汁已經很鹹了
如果腐乳汁不夠,可以用開水調一下,隻要感覺比較黏稠就可以了
